Our ESG strategy leverages a scientific approach to stakeholder engagement. We conduct materiality assessments with key constituencies to inform performance goals and our ability to lead, follow, and monitor trends.
As part of our ten-year Sustainability roadmap, Healthy 2030, we have set long-term goals to guide our focus on key topics and have aligned to eight of the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals. Our goals for this decade include a commitment to invest in wellness and economic development and advancement opportunities, as well as initiatives to address racial inequity. We also continue to execute our commitment to reduce our environmental impact by at least 50 percent by 2030, anchored by our science-based, net zero 2050 target to reduce emissions in the near and long term.
